How do I receive my purchase? Everything is handled automatically. Once your payment goes through, your items are queued and delivered the moment you join SoulForgeMC. No need to do anything — it just works.

How long does delivery take? In most cases, delivery is instant. If your items haven't shown up within 10 minutes of joining, try relogging. If you're still having trouble after that, reach out to our support team with your transaction ID and we'll get it sorted.

Do I need to be online when I purchase? Nope. You can buy from anywhere, anytime. Your items will automatically be waiting for you the next time you log into the server.

Can I get a refund? All sales are final and non-refundable. Please make sure you're happy with your purchase before completing checkout. If something went wrong on our end, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Can I gift something to a friend? Absolutely. During checkout, simply enter your friend's Minecraft username instead of your own and the purchase will go directly to them.

👑 Ranks

Do ranks expire? Never. Every rank you purchase on SoulForgeMC is yours permanently. Buy it once, keep it forever.

What if I get banned? Banned players are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Please make sure you follow the server rules to keep your account and purchases safe.

🎁 Crates & Coins

What is Coins? Coins is SoulForgeMC's in-game currency. You can use it to purchase items, perks, and more. Simply type /coinshop in-game to browse everything available.

How do I open crates? Head over to the crate area by typing /warp crates in-game. Have your key ready and give it a spin!

Don't panic — this is usually a quick fix. Follow these steps:

1. Disconnect and rejoin the server completely.
2. Wait up to 10 minutes. Occasionally there's a small delay.
3. Still nothing? Open a support ticket on our Discord and share your transaction ID. We'll take care of it.
